• Acceptance: These T&Cs apply to all contracts for the supply of Wooden, Plywood, Crates, Pallets, Corrugated, and PP Packaging. Placing an order means the Buyer accepts these T&Cs.
• Governing Terms: These T&Cs supersede any terms provided in the Buyers documents unless we explicitly agree to them in a signed writing.

2.2. Manufacturing and Compliance

• Tolerances: Products supplied shall be deemed acceptable if any minor variations fall within recognized industry standards.
• Specialized Services (HT/Fumigation): We warrant that the services will meet the relevant international standards (e.g., ISPM 15). Our liability is limited to providing the correct treatment and official documentation at dispatch.

2.3. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery Times: Any delivery date we provide is an estimate. We are not liable for any loss or expense caused by delayed delivery.
• Risk Transfer: The risk of damage or loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the agreed location or upon collection by the Buyers carrier.

2.4. Limitation of Liability

• Remedy: Our liability for any proven defect is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price for the defective items, at our discretion.
